When a player rents a vehicle, it doesn't just appear via magic.

* Delivery: A valet NPC drives the car from the parking lot right to the player's feet, hands over the keys, and walks away.

* Return: Players can use `/refundvehicle`. The valet will arrive, take the car, and drive it back to the garage.

* Note: This feature ensures immersion and prevents vehicle pile-ups.

📝 Realistic Signature System

Rental contracts matter! We have integrated a Canvas Signature Pad into the UI. Players must sign the agreement with their mouse before they can take the car.

It's not just a stock car. Players can purchase add-ons directly from the menu:

* Multi-Spawn Logic: Checks multiple parking spots to prevent vehicles from spawning on top of each other.

* Distance Check: Vehicles cannot be returned if they are too far from the branch.
